Features: The set uses a rotary die, speed control by frequency variation and automatic temperature control technology, the products produced good in plasticization, good film thickness and uniformity, transparency, smoothness, shrinkage etc up to the standard of print-level quality film technology. The set compact confirmation, easy to operation. It composed of: extrusion machine, rotary die head, cooling air-ball, the first traction hot water and shaper, the second traction (can be elevated), Double winding machine,extruder electrical cabinet, and auxiliary electrical cabinet. This machine adopt the upper tractor for 360 degree continous rotation, which is more stable than the rotation of a normal die head and the film is coiled flatter. Due to the upper tractor, the work of cleaning the screw and the residual material in each channel after machine half can be prevented. As for the normal rotatable die head, it is required for dismantling the complicated rotating part.Both the screw and the machine barrel are made of superior alloy steel 38CrMoAlA. After finish machining, the parts are hardened through nitrogen treatment, so they have the advantages of high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.Adopt a new type screw, which length diameter ratio is 30:1. The screw is especially adapted for mixing and plasticizing the PVC, which has the disadvantages of high melt viscoslty and bad thermal staility.
